Perhaps the seismic shift that the new Premier talked about for Quebec, is actually for all of Canada.  With the majority that he has, and if he keeps firmly focused on the future with a steady hand on the tiller, he can move beyond any fallout from the Charbonneau inquiry by simply repeating the mantra the past is passed…let’s get going forward, all of us…
